Our Facility
Description
In 2011, we decided it was time to take Creature Comforts to the next step. The location next to our home had very limited space and we were ready to expand. We set out to design a premiere pet resort with a focus on both comfort of the pet and the pet owner.
In order to make sure we built the right facility, we traveled all over Texas touring well reviewed resorts; attended trade shows in Chicago and Baltimore; and spent countless hours on research. This helped us design a 7,600 square foot state-of-the-art facility that offers pets a “vacation” of their own.
In 2014, we completed construction and opened the new Creature Comforts facility. Our Cattery is the first in East Texas offering 250 square feet of open play space with floor to ceiling windows for cats to lounge freely throughout the day. We also offer 1,800 square feet of indoor play, allowing all dogs to enjoy playing at daycare even when the weather doesn’t permit.
